I've been stalking your pages here and on fb hoping you would release some new information! 😅 My situation is that I was able to get into the old in stream ad monetization set up- and I'm still in it... however the pay has tanked since the beginning of the year. It's been falling off for a few months. I'm wondering if they are going to discontinue it all together and transfer completely to the new monetization program? My dashboard is saying my performance bonus will reset on I believe the 7th. I'm eligible to monetize with everything in the old model but my earnings have tanked. This may also be because I had alot going on personally and had to step back. Sorry for the long comment! I thought the info may be helpful for someone else in my situation because I'm not finding any info anywhere. Good luck everyone!

To answer your first question yes they are rolling everyone over to the new monetization program this year. All of the old programs will be discontinued. As far as your pay and engagement goes, try to switch things up with the content as far as topics or the way you create it and also look for other ways to supplement your income with affiliate links or side hustles

I’m not sure if you’ve been subscribed to the channel for a while or not or how much of my content you watched but last year they made an announcement that they were going to start reducing the payouts for memes and also unoriginal content. Memes are not that valuable. You would probably have better monetization on KZbin Shorts with those.
