Hi Inception, may I ask if there is any way to make the two CAM come to help defend? There are always only 6 people defending without the ball. When I played 4222 last year, 8 people were defending. Looking forward to your reply!

Last year you can put the wingers/cam/strikers on “drop back” so they would come back and defend. This year you can’t do that. You can either have your players defend, or attack (aside from box to box mids)

Use 442 flat or 4231 wide, with 4231 wide using the new system you can make your team attack as a 4231 narrow but defend as a 4231 wide by simply making both LW and RW wide playmakers.
