Some boys use Laptops. 5 of them use daily, 8 use seldom, 5 use once a week. Time_use_Laptop is Seldom, Daily and Once a Week. What kind of variable is it? Is it Nominal or Ordinal or Interval?

Thanks for asking this question. I just want is it your research problem or u just ask this question. If question is exactly same and u use time as daily, seldom and once a week then in this case time become a ordinal variable. But if u took time as 4 hrs 24 hrs 120 hrs then it will become ratio scale. I hope this will be helpful to u.

Independent variable pr kisi variable ka effect nahi padta.... Balki independent variable m changes ka effect dependent variable pr padta h...and dependent variable pr Padne wale prabhav m knhi na knhi extraneous variable ka effect bhi shamil hota h.... I hope ki samajh Aya hoga
