Thanks for such a great and detailed video. Looks like I need to give a try to No.2. Nabu San, please explain when are you using jigs of 30 grams vs 40 grams. All of my jigs like Gekito, Gigpara etc, starting at 40 grams. Then I used 60-80 in the deeper areas and when the underwater streams are rough. I use 20 and 30 gram on lighter rod normally, because on the windier day when SURF fishing 20 even 30 gram, they don't cast that well and can't sense the bottom that good as 40+ grams. Please explain what are your thoughts? Thank you.

Hello ! How are you ? Yes jig weight is difficult to choose, My opinion is the same as you , deeper area 60g 80g. I sometimes use 60g or 40g tungsten jig , 60g tungsten jig, 80g tungsten jig at the SURF When very windy day, of cause 80g jig , problem is rod max cast weight, And when big Tide (means so much different high tide level and low tide level) current is the stronger than usual, so I use heavier jig than usual, thank you !!!!
