Hloo Dr meri problem thori different hai actually mere braces September 2023 mai nikle the uss samay mere ortho ne jo permanent retainer lagaya vo bohot he bekar material use kar kar lagaya ,usme kuch white colour ka filament bar bar nikal jata hai abhi tak 6 bar nikal gya hai vo aur mai fix karane gye hu , aur jo physicaly retainer lagan hota hai vo bhi bohot bekar banaya hai ki usse lagane ke baad mere lower jaw mai ghao( wounds) ho jate hai ,aur fir se wo filament nikal gya mera mujhe yeh bhi lagta hai ki mere dat shift ho rahe hai thore thore ,i can't afford much please share some tips to fix it mai apke yaha visit kar sakti hu
