Wow!!!! Nice work sir! I just got my metal building in August and I wanted to instal T1-11 but I was told different thing about drilling into to metal! Any ideas about put a loft with stairs?

Thanks! I was thinking about framing a small 10'x12' office with 8' ceiling. Then on top of the 8' ceiling using that area for a loft. My workshop ceiling is 14' so that would leave me 6' for a loft area. No room for stairs but I might build a wooden ladder on the office wall to access the loft area.

Did you move the pipe to be ourside your insulation? Would this not increease the risk of your plumbing freezing in cold weather? Is this a concern in your location?

No, I left the pipe behind the insulation. Since we are in Southwest Florida freezing is not a concern. If I was in a colder climate I would have relocated within the workshop.
