Hmmm Nate’s thing reminds me of what my dad called a ‘hay hook’… you would use it to hook onto a 50-70 lb bale and pull it toward you then hoist it to carry where you were stacking the hay…

I think that the matching pair of hook things are LOG DOGS. one being at each end of the log attached by a v chain. As it is picked up, it bites in .

I left Facebook a while ago but you are correct. I hate to say it because SD and Not Thursday were my absolute favorite channels but ever since the C scam neither have been the same. They go to the same spots they've been going to for years and dig mostly junk. Most of the other channels I watch travel to spots they've never been to before. I hate to talk badly but I use to be a Patreon and have sent both Charlie and Henry (RIP) packages. I hate to post this but it's the truth. I'll probably make some people unhappy but I've been wanting to say something for a while now.
