I'm curious if that's a magnet in your scoop? If it is a magnet how did you attach it in the bottom of the scoop and also has it helped you at all Thanks for the videos

Yes. I fitted a magnet at the bottom of the scoop for the small ferrous metals. Can’t be chasing junk for longer than I have to.

I tried Lake Ontario out here in Durham. They were super dirty and I spent most of my time picking up sparkler remains. I’m still learning though.

With this hobby you need patience. They say 1000 pull tabs for every gold ring. Keep at it. They’re out there.
