PC always definitely helps to prolong a video game. Initially I made 2 videos which were supposed to be the last time I did an MGR video. (Around the PC release). Then you know some comments with some complaints on the original video (with some things I wasn't happy about either). So decided I'd redo the original video for the 5th year anniversary. I forgot about it and said well we'll do it for the 10th anniversary.

I appreciate it! Took me a few weeks to get back into it. Longest amount of time was spent on Sam vs. Armstrong without using taunts. Soon as I got those reflexes I'm like this is the last time I'm doing this.

It does look pretty good with the high res mod. Longest 1440p video I've done, my first try at rendering in Vegas with Mainconcept AVC with 2 Pass crashed after 2 days. Ended up just settling on using NVENC which takes a slight hit in quality but rendered everything in 3 hours. Taking full advantage of the RTX card I bought.

Nice! You'll have a good time with the DLCs. Sam and Wolf play a little differently from Raiden but take your time with them and you'll see the possibilities.

I have not, as usual been busy with work preparing for a tradeshow on top of adopting a new dog who has endless energy. I'm sure the gameplay itself is solid. As for the story itself, if it is Kazuma's last hurrah I'm sure it's an emotional one. My backlog is ever growing and seems never ending.

@@Whitefox789 eh, you got me into the Yakuza series and I love you for it. It was your top bosses volume with Joji Fuma that got me into the series, and I'll always be thankful.

@Mishy One of my favorite videos I did. I'm glad it got you into the series. Forgive upcoming storytime post. I actually started out on KZbin doing Yakuza videos of heat move compilations from the Japanese demos. It's a strange thing being a modern Yakuza fan. Ever since pretty much Yakuza 3 (original 3 in the West was censored to hell and back, also D tier boxart) to 5 we had to be kicking and screaming to get these games in the West. Especially 5, Sony had to step in for that game and even still we didn't get a physical release till the PS4 re-release. Now, not only do we have Isshin we have multiple new Yakuza games with an English dub (never used it but still). If you told me this was the future of the series over 10 years ago I wouldn't believe you.
