You know I just noticed, in this song it's about tyrannical oppression and control with Armstrong speaking to Raiden through a loudspeaker and fighting Raiden distantly without any threat to himself just like a politician, but once Raiden and him are fighting one on one and he opens up the song becomes a mutual recognition of each other and their ideals, becoming akin to an apology with "Standing here I realize" as he fights him like a man on equal standing.
