Soldier did it. He finally became a Metal Gear. This is pretty cool. Several of the lines cut themselves off with screams, and whenever Blade Wolf jumps up to cut into his chest the "WAAAAGAH!" scream doesn't quite sync with the action, but I'm assuming that lattermost one is just a bug to iron out. His dying line is also classic Soldier.
