The whole Chico is Quiet thing. Basically, some believe he had a gender change. It's a nonsense theory and it was pretty alive before the game came out back in 2014. Three years later, it have been ripped to shreds. As for me, I was just noticing the similarity between this scene and when Quiet first arrives at mother base - both peek out of the helicopter under gun threat and both get pushed back by Big Boss/Venom Snake in the same way.
