Hey Robbie, i was drug Addict for loooooong looooong time... heroin, metamphetamin, I was taking 10 grammes per week for 10 years... using many many drugs... now it's over, i m recovering too and Ive took some substitut here in France where we are really really help by many people association doctors "benevols", my parents really help me and some closest friends, just after I was controled and arrest by cops... doing some "garde à vue" or custody and next i ve the "pleassure" To meet the judge and lawyer blablablabla and they gave me a suspended sentence like a sword of damocles above my head and obligation to take care of myself with a real follow-up and to work obligation. .. the concern being that by formation or profession I am... pharmacist... yes yes... it,s kind of fun but it's true... it was in 2014 when I was 26/27 y/o (I was born in 1987 almost like you...) I come from a working class background but my parents are awesome and really respectable and none of this is by their fault, they supported me even thought that the same years my dad had just been diagnosed of a horrible brain tumor. .. I promised to stop everything and to win the fight against this for him too and to support him and mom in all of this ! Several years later, 2021... I'm on the way to becoming Dad myself ! My futur wife is pregnant and... I've a baby girl who will be born in September this year... My dad is... already with us too, he loses his mind but by small small phase but doctors are awesome and they do great things ... that the luck to leave in France... nobody can imagine how simple and supported access to care is, it's a chance for us... Btw dad (& mom) are waiting to became grands parents again for them, and dad won't miss it for nothing in this world so he keeps fighting against potential recessed. And like you since I was child, i am not schizophrenic but some autistic trouble : hyperactivity / concentration disease , hypersensitive, and I was in advance at school... I FULLY understanding what and who you are ;) it's great to see you having fun to do what you are doing here ! I'm a metal fan (and other genres.... fav band are NEUROSIS, Biohazard, At the Gates, Megadeth OF COURSE, Black Sabbath, Power Trip, Emperor or Mayhem, Leviathan / Twilight or band like Converge, Cave In, Isis, Old Man Gloom, Cult of Luna, my friend from AMEN RA Belgian post hxc band, Seth (this french BM band is dope !) or Kickback, french hardcore legend many many kind of metal but lot of HxC, Post HxC, Beatdown, Thrash or Black whatever but no glam, no heavy or this waves of sword dragons Viking metal ;) ... and I play music since.... childhood! Piano then Bass and sometimes guitar but I'm a true bassist it's why I was there to see a out King Ov Hell one of the greatest bass player in BM scene !
