Exact same thing here, even the number of years are the same. Constance by Spiritbox had the same effect on me as well. Remembering all the good times but also the hard time right before her passing, slipping in and out of coma and didnt recognise me the last time i met her

I can understand your pain. The loss of a loved one is always hard. My mother died when I was 13, I'm 27 now, and the pain is still there. The part that hit home for me was when the man was hugging what he thought was his wife/daughter.

I lost my dad when I was 10 in 2014. He only fought stomach cancer for three months, but everyday after those three months, I wished I used that time better with him :( It's insane how fast time has gone and how little the regret has changed at all.

My grandfathers birthday is on this month, and he passed away from dementia a few years back just shy of his birthday. I might not ever cry, but I’ll be damned if there isn’t a grip on my throat right now. It’s crazy how much you miss someone, and they’re no longer here with you. Amazing track. “Beautiful.”
