If I remember Casey's interview well, it should be noted that the "Mick Gordon parts" in Bury The Light wasn't consciously based off Mick's stuff, though as you said it makes perfect sense. Sometimes things just sneak into whatever you're creating without you realising it!

It actually is solo refering to one part of Bury The Light, but it has serious Devil Trigger vibe in it. Listen closely and try to hum "bury the light deep within, cast aside there's no coming home", it's all coming toghether and you'll hear the difference between solo and DT. Genius part of the song by the way.

Oh yeah, this song definitely has a distinct sound so far that stands out from the rest I have noticed. I really like the sound and feel of it, plus the how well the lyrics are done.
