Courtney's vocals are perfect at conveying the chaos the video kinda showcases, while the guitar and bass work together to make this cult-like, dancing-in-the-woods-during-the-solstice kinda vibe, and the the drums just pierce like a knife. I've been a metal head since the 80's, & ever since then I've always had the mindset the heavier & faster the better. I've watched metals evolution, some good, a lot bad & then there are some straight bad ass. Personally I thought metal was going to get as heavy as it could get after Suicide Silence & then came Black Tongue. Figured metal reached as heavy as it could get, then got curious what metal had in 2020, stumbled across this little gem. This was a breath of fresh (sulfuric fire) air. A straight up abomination of greatness. I do feel sorry for the people in the pit if they have the same feeling I get when I hear this track. A request for stretchers around the crowd to wait for the aftermath. Peace out, & good video.
