I guess you get this all the time, but you should consider having two ports of egress out of the safe room. Suppose a bad wind storm shifts the framing, and blocks the main door. You could become trapped inside. Just a 2 foot by 2 foot escape opening, which could be boarded up, and keep a crow bar inside the safe room. One last chance to escape.

You should be able to buy half size screens as well, to change them up if you like. Then you can still see clearly out of half the window, while having access for a nice breeze on warmer days. On the only two windows we got with full size screens, we ended up getting half size screens made. Screens are so helpful, but they are distorting to look out. We remove the screens from windows we want to see completely out of during the winter months too. Some we leave in, because we haven’t been having normal winters the last few, and need to open the windows on those days.

Got my new candles and soaps today and let me tell you they smell delicious. I ordered Christmas Eve, wild roots cafe and cranberry scented candles and cannot wait to try them. In mid October I’d ordered 2 of the fall candles and let me tell you they burn clean, no smoke and smell as good as I’d hoped if not better. Pro tip it you put a magnet on the sensor for that cable across the control panel it will let you use the lift without having to worry about tripping that stupid safety device.

Ours have free access to the barn but we always put 2-3 into the holding pens up by our house to guard the sheep from predators. This is a fairly new practice for us so we still need to get a permanent shelter up here for the guard donkeys that will be in nightly with the sheep 😊

I believe it may be easier to load metl sheets by grabbing opposite corners from each other. Allows flex w/o risk of kinking. Thx for 8yrs+.
