Some naval action💪 there should be another naval video soonish with one special birdie(you can guess which one). Also I plan to do a video on what "Naval needs to improve". Despite new game modes, what else naval needs?

Need to make people spawn at least 250m away from each other and not all funnelled into the middle like that one island map, I heard maybe from you or someone else making a "Battlefield" type of gamemode with multiple rounds. It feels really good getting 50k+ rp from a single match of EC, regular long 1hr + gamemodes for naval need to be made so you they can recreate that feeling IMO.

Get rid of the horrible black smoke coming out the funnels. Give the ships a horn they can use when friendly ships are in the way. Sometimes players are too busy looking down range to pay attention to what is around them. And will take both ships to avoid a collision. Add a few spawn points to maps with only 1 for cruisers and larger. Some ships do not have all the ammo types actually available (the 76mm/62cal Oto Melara for example have ammo other then just HE) The US Navy does not say "Aye Aye" They just say "Aye" The USMC are the ones who say "Aye Aye" and after going to general quarters there is no need to tell the bosun to set material condition 1. (it is part of going to GQ) I don't know if the Royal Navy says "Aye Aye" so I'll let someone from there inform us.

Fun fact, Tone in War Thunder doesn't have a spotter because she's the post aircraft removal model, she was a 'hybrid' cruiser before that fitting, which is why all her firepower is on her bow (front)

Dollar you should check out the Ki-148 missile in naval, a hit to the magazine is capable of taking out almost any ship up to 6.0 and in ground it's absolutely lethal to tanks.

Huh, that's interesting. I tried it out on the test drive (as in the test drive map, not in an online match) and it seems to take a lot of hits to down one of those allied destroyers that you can kill. Guess I didn't hit the mags.

@@AnakinSkyobiliviator The test drive map still has the awful low detail model ships from Birds of Steel, they're HP based and don't have the detailed damage models from naval. I've been using the CDK editor to set up user missions to try it out against actual targets.

I feel like some of my most memorable experiences in WT have been in Naval EC. Duking it out in battleships, bombarding coastlines, dodging flak in a plane to drop torps on enemy ships, etc. When it works, it works well

I love how Shimakaze is such a strong destroyer, it's perhaps the most uptierable destroyer, really fit for naval sim. Also, I see you started using the newest B7A2, nice. That plane is really amazing for naval with its great agility and good torpedo.

Ye, that's their nature basically. At least there's no detonator problems happening from time to time as it was with real ones. Imagine torpedo hitting your ship, but is just "bonk" and no explosion

I remember playing naval low tier for credits and it was really fun. It was something different, had a good laugh with friends when I managed to beach myself and it was before the naval update so you could actually get into battles, at least in arcade.

Viva la Torpedo Man (can we get a Torpedo Man decal?) -Naval could use bigger maps for bigger ships, maybe like 1/2 or 1/3 of an EC map's size. -With the coastal artillery recently added, perhaps add sea mines around specific objectives your team needs to capture. For instance, if it's a hydroelectric facility, there might be mines to defend it from anyone trying to forcefully come take it. This would also give coastal vessels like minesweepers some actual purpose if they would show up on the radar (Kim Qui would be great). -More modern ships being implemented, I would hope there are homing torpedoes added as well
