Another fantastic reaction! Watching how much you enjoyed this took me back to the first time I heard it, which was on its drop day. So fun!!!! This song in its original release was a punk rock type song and was light hearted. Ronnie and an Irish composer revamped it for its 10 year anniversary. The new version really shows how much Ronnie has grown. I think it’s about addiction, because of lyrics like “it’s coursing through my veins “ “chemical daze” “when did I become so cold” etc. I think the original is the unapologetic, party animal rockstar, having fun. But in denial.. “I’m not an addict”/“I’m not a vampire “. He’s not thinking about what impact his addictions/lifestyle have on his life and on others. The revamped to me is a more mature look back at his addiction and how he didn’t think he was a monster but in reality he was and Saraya (his irl girlfriend) a represents how much he hurt those around him. When she walks in on him, he runs away ashamed. She kills herself in sadness over the monster she discovered he is. But then he turns her (her purity) into the very thing he is ashamed of about himself. BUT... I think it’s also a love story and I think it’s to pay homage to Derek Jones (dedication to him at the end of the video) and Derek’s fiancé who both died last year (she from cancer, Derek from suicide). Derek was Ronnie’s longtime friend and the guitarist for Falling In Reverse, you can see Derek in the original video playing lead guitar. Anyway, that’s just my take on it. I’m so sorry about writing you a book

I left a comment on the main video that you know a song is good when it finishes and you have a million things to say about it, but can't actually utter a single word. Whole song is great, but the climax with the fry scream, pure voice mix just works great for conveying the rage, self-loathing and desperate despair he is feeling.
