I think snk saw what capcom did with Xdive and remembered “we have a mobile game we can gut the MTX too” and I’m all for developers remaking old mobile games and converting them into “ex-mobile gachas”

Yes, using your unit’s special attacks and timing their special attacks can make all the difference in battle! I’ve experienced it myself during a few dozen missions!

I’m overjoyed to see this intriguing tower defence spin-off in the Metal Slug franchise finally ported from mobile and Switch. =) I’ve been avoiding all mobile games because of their reliances on adverts and micro-transactions. Having said that, I’m pleased to confirm that this remastered port doesn’t require micro-transactions at all! =D In other words, instead of being pay-to-win, it’s more like grind-to-win!

I love this trend of gacha games being converted into normal games. I hope Langrisser Mobile gets the same treatment soon. I mostly enjoyed that game (and I _really_ love the characters) but it was *the* most poorly balanced gacha I've ever experienced, so the fun couldn't last and I was NOT going to start spending money on it, and I'm certain that going offline like this and X-Dive did would save it.

How complete is the localization? The original mobile game had a lot of Engrish and even raw Japanese in its dialogue, which really brought down the quality (or as much as a gacha can be permitted).

List of other forces and main forces Giant caterpillar (high breakthrough power, durability) Mummy Warrior (durability) Eldorado (attacker) Mecha Allen (durability) Robo Morden (Attacker) Bear (Melee, Attacker) Huge locust (processing of small fry character) I also use the 10% buff to my physical strength with the unified force.

Also, the main characters have unlocked skills. I at least opened and conquered one, but to collect items you need to go back to the previous stage and repeat. It's easy to use the auto functio
