If only 2006 (aka 3D) were released stateside. But noooo, exporting was canned due to very negative reviews. A shame, as the cutscenes WERE dubbed in English. That said, I think Metal Slug COULD actually translate well into a live-action movie, if not an animated one. It’s insane enough to warrant it.

Fio was so popular that she became a playable character in KOF Maximum Impact 2 and Regulation A. She was so fun! Her moveset was amazing. I hope to see her in KOF XV

Metal Slug Attack is so weird, not only does it bring back about every character from Metal Slugs 1-7, even the unused fight with the Ptolemaic cult leader, it has a lot of odd new characters. Like they made Amadeus Syndicate's virus White Baby into an anime girl AI, apparently one of the characters made a female AI for their Slug, a misanthropic former Rebel Army scientist who thinks Martians are better then humans and joins them, and more weird characters even having King of Fighter characters unlockable for an event, don't know if you can still get them.

I think you should stop playing the game to be honest. It was great in the past but nowadays is a mess with so much farming, OP units, waifus and those SPECIAL CRANKS that use so much medals that once you get that new unit but then you realize that is useless and you wasted your medals on nothing and I dont wanna spent real money for just medals. You have to wait for much stuff to happen and just sooo stupid and boring. The online is so hard and bad, you will mostly battle pro players witch have those OP units and you have to battle with weak one if you are new. Battles are ok but they are limited. Guild is no longer used and more for the shop and thats it. Another story is actually pretty good all things considered. While the battles are piss easy on normal, you will get great writing and character interactions .The only reason Im playing it is because of White Baby and thats it.She is my favorite villian like ever but even than, she cannot save the game. The extra OPS is decent enought, but that can be done quickly. Dont spent your time with the game for like an entire day.Go play something like Sonic adventure 2 or Hollow knight instead. Maybe the laboratory can be fun I quess. It is for me a quilty pleasure but still is not saying much because it kinda sucks.

Well thats a complain alot of people have is that has alot female characters that dont feel like MS characters. Also, I will say that is not a bad game but becomes boring and annoying alot of times. I like the characters but alot of them are broken

Dont bother playing MSA. It sucks. It used to be good I will say that much. The game wasnt intended to exist to beggin with. They made it because MSD got hacked so thats why is a thing. The only positive about that game are the characters and thats about it.

Fun fact, in Metal Slug 6, you can play as the Martian Leader early during the bridge/city stage. All you need to do is crouch walk at a very hard to notice branching path.
