Metal Sonic if you didn't know the part where the people get seizures that's actually Sonic second form Hyper Sonic and he basically gets Hypersonic if he gets all 7 super emeralds from the hidden Palace Zone the super emeralds first appeared in Sonic 3 and that's the only game there in so you get the chaos emeralds and then when you beat Sonic 3 & Knuckles first part you go move on to the next one and that's when Knuckles locks a secret door that leads to a secret room with a hyper looking ring you jump into the ring and then you'll get teleported to Hidden Palace which means that you'll have to collect the super emeralds then if you get all of them you finally get to play as Hyper Sonic and he was never used again because of people getting seizures so they decided to quit Hypersonic and move on with supersonic
