Folks in America..I'm in my mid 50's and I was around this type of technology in my early years of life and it was much more antiquated compared to what these people do. Robotics to feed the presses does make a very predictible quantity. In the late 90's and the early 2000's this tech was MOVED IN DROVES to CHINA along with all the presses from 20 to 120 ton. Back in the early 80's a press operator would make 8 dollars an hour and that was good money then. Now those people in China are operating our old presses for 80 cents an hour! How can a company like this one compete with that? Just by the way they describe here. And yet there still comes a time where AMERICANS HAVE TO BUY FROM OTHER AMERICANS AND KEEP THIS GOING It the only way we can survive as a nation. We have a President that I believe is trying but has to spend too much time FENDING OF THESE TIME WASTING POLITICAL ATTACKS WHEN WOULD IT BE NICE TO SEE HIM VIST 5 OF THESE TYPES OF STAMPING PLANTS THAT MAKE EVERYTHING FROM CAR FENDERS TO LAWN MOWER DECKS? And regardless of who occupies the office we still need POLICIES THAT FAVOR THIS WORK BEING DONE IN AMERICA AND THE RULES FIXED SO THAT PRODUCTION CAN BE AS EFFICIENT AS POSSIBLE AND STILL BE ALL AMERICAN take some pride in your work and stop worrying about the latest political intrigue. Folks there are some of us that are 50 and older that remember..and yes we also remember the bad in the late 70's where workers wanted 6-8 weeks vacation 4 day work weeks and gas for a $1 a gallon was "insane and would NEVER happen" We need a NATIONAL Policy THAT EVERY PIECE OF STEEL OR ALUMINUM OR OTHER ALLOYS USED IN American company PRODUCTS TO BE start to finish from the ground dirt to the finished product made in american and our president NEEDS to continue to support this ALONG WITH ALL THE MEMBER OF CONGRESS.....stopp taking our rights and EMPOWER AMERICANS TO DO WHAT WE USED TO DO BEST AND if we don't quit we may just keep from going into the abyss. I hope its not too late. God Bless! .

But china has a huge unwanted reputation for making crap. Places like germany, japan and the scandi countries still have lots of manufacturing because they do a very high quality job. Something china cant do on 80 cents an hour.
