I went all ape poopie and got 8 boxes from target and Walmart, got 8 grandiose, 5 gold, 3 retros, 1 palladium cut "beast", only 2 bronze numbers cards and 1 soldiers metal "cap v red skull" I loved the metal cards back in '95, only gott like 45 cards from that set

I'm so torn on this set. They finally nailed the foiling and metal effects - they're gorgeous. But I'm not interested in any of the characters really (I'm an X-Men guy). Was hoping for a second round of X-Men Metal someday (same with fleer ultra) but looks like that's not happening with the recent news...

The Golds should have been numbered like the Bronze. After opening 7 blasters so far i can say they are just as hard to pull. Getting a full set of Gold cards is not gonna be cheap to complete if some one is going after those.

Wiccan was a very appropriate pull given a certain TV show (which I'm two episodes behind on already). Really liked the Spider-Woman (I have a poster of her, sadly traced by Greg Land) and that Kate Bishop grandiose was awesome. The Cappy M base you pulled was beautiful too. That pack just needed Captain Carter to finish it! P.S. #WakandaForever
