This makes me so happy! I need more people to be into Jeff because he's incredible. He's said in interviews that his goal for this song was to write something that didn't fit into any one genre so you saying "what kind of music is this?" made me so happy. And that scream. He's been doing it a lot lately and I am so here for it. That scream is the reason I, by a very slim margin, prefer this vocal to the studio version. (The studio version is also incredible and you should definitely check out the official MV. It is something else.) I would recommend checking out Why Don't You Stay or Fade. WDYS is the song that made him blow up. They're both very different from this one and Black Tie. Also, just a head's up, his name is pronounced like you would say Saturday or Saturn.

Here to comment again that I love that you found Jeff. He's insanely talented musically. Personally, I love the song "Fade" (English or Thai). It may not be your exact cup of tea, but that ballad I feel really showcases Jeff's immense talent and range.

I *definitely* say yes to watching the live performance of this, or any other of his songs!! if there's one thing about jeff, it's that in terms of talent, he NEVER disappoints. he's not only a gifted singer, but also a natural on stage and has an incredible, engaging stage presence. i saw a comment already mentioned which live performance to watch if you're especially looking for this version of the song, but really, you can just pick any random of his live performances and i kid you not, you WILL be impressed! Ngl, Jeff Satur is the last artist I expected u to ever react to, but I'm so thrilled that ur so into him! Honestly Thailand has some killer musicians, and I like that they seem less afraid of playing around with vocals than a lot of kpop or jpop does. Jeff is an artist is the truest sense. He writes and composes most of his stuff, plays several instruments, sings and writes in both Thai and English, started his own label, and designs and produces his music videos too. A lot of international fans actually found him thru his acting, he was in this suuuuuper popular series called KinnPorsche (it's a gay Mafia drama, kind of nuts and sadly clouded by controversies, but Jeff is great in it and it was a huge deal in both Thailand and beyond) and the song he did for the soundtrack got people into his music. I love that he's a vocal supporter of the lgbtq+ community and in his clothing and music he likes to play around with gender a lot, often opting for a semi androgenous look. I really think it's just a matter of time before he blows up internationally, and reactions like yours just confirm that 😊

thank you for reacting and loving Jeff's music. He's so talented. Actually the part when you said "what kind of music is this?", the sound you heard was coming from Phin, a thai traditional instrument. It makes the song so rich, plus Jeff's vocal with riffs and runs is unlike those coming from a rock genre. Like you said, you wanna hear his live, I would LOVE to hear him sing live too because he always belts high notes so flawlessly during his live performances. So I hope we all can hear him singing live one day.

Oh, his falsetto is on point. His biggest hit is a ballad from a Thai BL Drama he was in called Kinnporsche. The song is called "Why Don't You Stay" The falsetto... perfect. And then he takes it back down and you don't know where the hell you are anymore. The song makes you feel like you're floating. Defiantly check out the official Dum Dum video tho. He's actually kinda scary in it... like Joker at his worst level scary.

Loving this reaction and how genuinely into and excited you were. In the beats leading up to the scream it was so fun to watch you face especially as he sustained it. I'm pretty new to listening to his music, but I'm alway blown away by him. Vocal range and breathe control, the variety of instruments he can play, writing songs in Thai and English and then there's the producing and technical shit too. as you might know by now but makes the songs all by himself from composing producing mixing. he plays guitar bass piano and flute. i think he's learning drums too but for now creates drum sounds digitally for studio version. oh btw definitely check out studio version of this its different but so good too. he doesn't play guitar live for this one since he's usually dancing around to this. he just rocks the stage though and he definitely hits those notes live and they always seem so effortless for him its insane. he recently played unchained version live for the first time it was amazing at t-pop concert fest 2 in thailand.

Jeff is amazing, and you surely should check out some of his live performances. Sadly there are only fancams from his first solo live concert, it was a real showcase of his various skills, but I agree with people that if you want to see his guitar skills it's probably better to check some of his perfomances at Chinese talent show Call Me By Fire. And yeah, he can hit those crazy high notes live. He's actually a big fan of Japanese rock band X Japan, so he grew up imitating their vocalist high-pitched voice and worked hard on developing his own vocals as well as unique music style where he, as he says, tries to incorporate Japanese, Korean, American elements that influenced him with traditional Thai music as well (that interesting sound in the beginning of Dum-dum is actually phin, traditional Thai string instrument that he's playing at live performances too).
