"if comfort is a person, that is Jimin" that's exactly how this song to me. & I thought the same too "this song is so JIMIN"! I love him singing in his very natural vocal range, he's not overdoing any vocal techniques nor music production, it's a just a personal letter to us. While it's a solo song, he included so many memories with the boys, again he's asking ARMY to trust them that they will come back as a group. Even the lyrics said so "seven=1" FYI that all demin outfit look in the video was couple years ago! so he filmed this but never released it till now!

😍🐥That was producer Pdogg’s house shown, where Jimin also wrote most of the lyrics, composed melodies, & helped produce all his songs, worked alongside Pdogg, (legendary in-house BigHit genius producer, along with a couple of other producers, GHSTLOOP & Evan for his whole FACE album! Ft songs “Face Off”, “Like Crazy”, Alone”, (hidden track only in physical album specifically for army), “Letter”, & “Set Me Free Pt.2”. Jimin worked close to Pdogg, who he’s become quite close with already when creating Jimin’s earlier hit song “Friends” that he ft, V on, (“Friends” was in Marvel the Eternals film), that Jimin also wrote , composed, as well as helped produce previously, along with other songs in the past. Jimin worked so hard, non stop, while creating his FACE album that he pretty much stayed over Pdogg’s house, all of the 10 months it took to create the album, as shown in Jimin’s FACE production Diary documentary! Plus, as shown here, Jimin apparently worked on other songs with his production crew team. This time for “Closer than This” Jimin even had legendary Ayo the Producer, as well, working on it, who even posted, “we’re far from finished”! It looks like there might be more songs eventually being released as well, but this song was a special gift to army from Jimin knowing how much army would be missing the members now all gone to the military. All these photos, & clips shown are all the times & memories Jimin & rest of BTS shared with army who helped them with all their non stop support throughout the yrs, including helping them receive many of their awards! RM has even mentioned several times in his speeches, as well as ea and every member that there would be no BTS without army and all their love & support! 🙏❤‍🔥🥹😢🥰🐥😇

Not sure if you are aware but there’s absolute must to react to that just came out from bangtantv: 🔥❣Bangtan bomb Jimin's This is Jimin Behind. 👍❤‍🔥🔥 It shows all the behind the scene, creating choreography & practices for all of the dance shorts Jimin has been posting. (Another gift for army). Even shows the choreographed dance moves he did for his new released song “Closer then This”. It's so amazing, as always to watch, just how involved, all the input Jimin gives, including his own ideas, his own choreography that he added, that to me was some of the best parts for “Stuck With U”! Jimin, no matter how tired he might be, after full day of practicing, is relentless in always creating sheer perfection in all his performances! Jimin even gave advice on best way to film when he was doing certain dance moves to get the best effect, to show more emotion, & passion! Jimin truly is on another level, masterful genius of an artist that is involved in every facet of creating his artistic masterpieces of performances! 🙏❤‍🔥🐥😇😍🔥🔥

It is so Jimin. It’s an upbeat song that’s reassured us that he’ll be back and in the most beautiful way! It’s so hard to explain our love, respect and dedication to each other. They’ve given us so much love through the years and it’s our turn to let them know we’ll always have them. I’ve never been a fan of any other artist or band that my heart has is so attached to. We have unbelievable synergy! I’m an old, 65yof. I grew up w 60s catchy soul songs and went on to love hard rock. Joplin, Pink Floyd, Zeppelin, Aerosmith. I was a big Boston fan bc they were a band out of Boston and I was able to see them locally until they got big. Now here I am loving BTS. Who would have ever guessed? BTS is a group that never fails to touch us. I feel blessed to be ARMY! I’ve watched you for a while and I believe that you get it so I’ve subscribed to you bc I don’t want to miss any reviews you give me about our men. Btw V has a collaboration that’s coming out soon. I have a theory…he was blown away when he found out about the song Army made for him “ Love Letters”…he reacted to it on Vlive he was doin….In the video Army’s put nostalgic videos together and it seems to me this is Jimins answer to that…meaning by making his video like this was telling Army they got the message of love 💜

🔗Interesting Info: ❣Yeon Eum Boys and Girls Choir gave enchanting harmony along with Jimin, truly captivating, especially in the latter part of the song. Jimin's charming vocals blend seamlessly with the pure vocals of the Yeon Eum Boys and Girls Choir, resulting in a beautiful and memorable performance. Also, aside from Jimin writing all the lyrics to this song, he also is credited with composing the melody! Jimin also, pretty much hand picked the clips & photos chosen that were shown. There were so many occasions that Jimin made a point of telling army afterwards, about how special those particular times were, so meaningful & meant so much to him! I also believe that some of the drawings, sketches seen in the MV for “Closer than This”, were also Jimin’s! It defines looked like his style. Though for some reason, it’s not known as much in the fandom, Jimin is quite impressive in his artwork, as seen in some rare times during run episodes & or behind the scenes..Jimin excelled not only in art class but Jimin also took calligraphy, which shows in the way he writes as well! Every single time I watch this song the tears just wells up ..
