The one thing about this band that you can take for granted is they will never stop trying to get better at what they do. They see the next song or album as a challenge to come up with something to top what they just did. How many musicians can you honestly say have such a great attitude about their music as the ladies?

Saiki has improved so much, and it has been so consistent and incremental. Same with Miku and her guitar playing. Neither really had focused on those instruments before Band-Maid. It just goes to show their commitment,.and I think having such compatriots like Kanami, Akane and MISA there helps. Hardest working band in show business (James Brown, eat your heart out)

The songs already released earlier in the year are just Band-Maid awesomesauce! The six new songs are so tightly integrated and complex, it's going to take a Tokyo minute to assimilate. But I already love Forbidden Tale, and especially The One. 😉🤘 btw - We should all wish a "Good Luck" to Band-Maid's new self-run management company: Maidit, Co., LTD! Thx, John!

Hi John, great reaction and yes, this song is amazing. It's like 4 songs in one, but Kanami being Kanami...why do 4 songs when you can make another masterpiece.😂 And it's for that reason, I also thought "Forbidden Tale" was going to be the first one. I think the next one...I hope the next one... I pray the next one...hmmm...is there a theme here here on this one? Will be "The One".😂 You rock man! Hope to see you at one of the shows again. I’m surprised no one in your Patreon mentioned that a hidden teaser trailer of this MV was released at the same time as the album. Even the ladies were surprised (I think)!

Not bragging but I have one Flappy Pigeon Zemaitis too (n°29) ... ok, I'm actually bragging 😄. Wonderfull instrument, incredibly beautifull of course, but also a really top class guitar (and I have many great ones to compare).

Hey John, I hope you are having a great day! Zemaitis only made 80 Flappy Pigeon guitars, and even if you can find a used one, it will be expensive. I don't want to even guess how much Kanami's new guitar costs. I think SJ Nix also has one of the Misa bass guitar models, he did an unboxing video on MNN when he got it. I think Akane's signature drumsticks are still affordable, but I don't know how long they will stay that way. Please take care and have an awesome week.

Just in response to your music video comment - the last 5 or 6 music videos they did (starting with Memorable) were for songs that would eventually end up on this album. It is every bit the masterpiece you say it is and at this point half the album has a music video, which is insane and proves just how hard this band works! I do hope we get a couple more. I recently watched your OOR reaction with Throga and it was awesome. It would be even more amazing to see you guys react to the entire Nagisaen concert. I can't think of a better way to get ready for the Toronto show, even though I know it's a long shot. I know I plan on watching it the day before the Toronto show, since Nagisaen was the last time they played Let's Take it Someday.
