I just got introduced to Stray Kids and (K-Pop) a little over two weeks ago and I have been blown away by them. They’re so unique and their music is exciting and energizing. I cant get enough! I also discovered ATEEZ within the last week. They’re fantastic as well! Stray Kids do actually have a pretty big label supporting them. They're with JYP, one of the biggest companies in the Kpop industry. However, JYP supports them in the sense of training, housing, funding, promotions, sending them to shows, etc. while Stray Kids themselves pretty much handle their own songwriting and producing.

As a metal head, this band was my gateway into K-pop. I like some other songs by other bands, but I find Stray Kids has the most pleasing, impressive discography as a whole. I would recommend God's Menu, Thunderous, Domino, Vermont, Freeze, Back Door, 🧀 Cheese, Miroh, or if you like it a little more experimental try Tortoise and the Hare. I'm interested to see what your take is on their other songs!

Felix catches another one, lol! Stray Kids are awesome!! as others have mentioned, they are self produced. They are under JYPe as their lablel, but unlike most kpop groups, Bang Chan got to pick all the members and has pretty much full creative control. Chan, Changbin, and Han make up the producing line (and pre-debut rap unit) 3Racha ,who if you like rap, just dropped a banger called Heyday for a dance crew show. God's Menu, Thunderous, Back Door, Domino, Easy, Venom, Freeze, Victory Song (probably the deepest I've heard Felix go). Lot's to choose from, and they are dropping a brand new album on Oct. 7!

Hi! I'm so glad you liked what you heard! Stray Kids is an 8 member group hand picked by their leader, Bang Chan (blue hair) under JYP Entertainment. While JYP is a large company, the way Stray Kids is built and run is unusual. They are fully involved with every step of the production, the vast majority of their music written, composed, and even arranged by 3racha, their in team producing unit Comprised of BangChan, Changbin (in the green), and Han (big hat!). Their choreography and stage design often has input from their dance unit Comprised of Lee Know (purple hair), Hyunjin (red hair) and Felix (trademark for the low voice). Their vocal unit is the two youngest members Seungmin (he's the one with lines about cosplaying as a normal person and cutting the seams of the dolls) and I N who has the Pre-Choruses. Some song recommendations i have are Miroh, Side Effects, Double Knot, Back Door, Thunderous, Domino, Venom, and Freeze. This will take you through a few eras for them. Don't be surprised when you see a 9th person in the line up of the older songs. That's Woojin. He left the group end of 2019 because of "personal reasons" after some unsavory allegations (which were determined to be false) came up and he also seemed to be on rocky terms with the other members. We may never know the full story there. It's a bit of a sore subject and Stay (Stray Kids'fandom) feels very strongly. Regardless, Stray Kids is incredible and well worth the time it takes to get to know them!

Stray Kids is an extremely talented group. The fact that they are self produced is amazing, and ALL of their songs (I lost count but they have more than 130 songs in their discography now) are great. They have a unique style, and while all their songs are different, you can always tell it’s Stray Kids. They are actually from one of the big 3 labels, JYPE, but they're self-assembled and self-produced. The blue hair guy that you said stood out in the beginning is Bang Chan aka Christopher Bang (he grew up in Australia), he trained for 7 years and was so well respected in the company they actually asked him to pick the other members himself. They made their predebut song Hellevator and the choreography for it and went through a survival show. They're 8, you counted 7 which was correct because Han (the guy in the white hat) was injured and couldn't dance in the MV. They produce and write their own songs, come up with their whole lore which would take days to explain, Chan also helps the other producers from the company with the arrangements of their songs for the final take and while they do all of this they put out a crazy amount of content for the fans, they have shows, covers, they participate in idol programs, some have been MCs, Chan does a vlive every week for the fans to have a safe place to talk, they model for a few brands and have like almost 150 songs out in barely 4 years, they also have subunits like the producer/rap line 3racha who put out their own songs too. Also, if you ike Felix's voice you might want to check out Venom and God's Menu. I'd also recommend Thunderous and Cheese, but it would be nice if you knew a bit more about them before you listen to the songs and watch the MV because if we were to explain everything those lyrics are about and all the lore it'd be enough to write a whole book XD

Stray Kids is almost entirely self written and self produced. Their label is JYP, which is one of the original Big 3 companies, but JYP would much rather concentrate on their girl groups and leave their boy groups to their own devices. Stray Kids leader (Christopher) Bang Chan was a trainee there for 7 years. Eventually he and two of his friends, (Han) Jisung, and Changbin started writing and producing songs for fun and putting them up on the internet. When JYP’s CEO found out how popular these posts were, he figured he should be getting paid for them, so he basically let Bang Chan hand pick the members for a group through an Mnet survival show called Stay Kids. Chan picked 8 additional members, including his writer/producer friends Han, and Changbin, and also Woojin, who was an a**hole and couldn’t get along with the rest of the group so he left. And now they are the cutest little family of crazy people that can also sing, rap, produce beats and write songs real good.

@@manarm7395 have you seen the video where SKZ is playing some game, like hide and seek or tag or something and Woojin starts to beat up Felix and Chan comes to his rescue and literally throws Woojin off of Felix. As Bang Chan stands protectively over Felix he gives Woojin this look of utter loathing. And I knew from that moment that Stray Kids wasn’t big enough for both Bang Chan and Woojin, and it was only a matter of time. Because I have been a Stay since they released Hellevator, and I was there for all the drama, so I can pretty confidently say that Woojin was an a**hole.

You upopped up in my recommendations bc of STZ. The first singer with blue hair is the leader Bang Chan (Christopher) who is an Aussie and he actually selected the member for the group which isn't a thing in kpop groups. The deep voice is Felix, the one you see running along the rooftop, he is also an Aussie. I love seeing the reactions when people first hear his voice. The two rappers you saw are Han (white hat) and Changbin. But let me just say, they ALL can rap, every one of them. Han and Changbin are usually the main rappers. The one at the end of the video with the drill is Lee Know and he is a trained dancer and used to be a backup dancer for BTS. They are very sweet guys and loves their fans. They even have two songs they wrote for their fans, STAYS. I would recommend, Thunderous, Freeze, Vemon andI can't forget, God's Menu. That was the very first song I heard of theirs and I was hooked ever since.

Stray Kids' transitions in their MVs are unbeatable. They can all rap sing and dance. And Han is an absolute ace at all 3. I love Stray Kids as someone who came here from listening to heavier music. The way they also incorporate everyday noises into their music is amazing. In this one the drills and birds tweeting etc. Back Door is another awesome one for this (doors, knocking, church bells etc). And deep voice Felix gets everyone 😆. They are very very.... very high energy lol, which I really enjoy as they don't tone it down, especially Changbin and Han (the main 2 that rapped here). I believe Changbin at this moment is currently the official fastest rapper in Kpop, with Han pretty close behind him. Also, all 8 members both rap and sing, and do both very very well. I've just discovered them rather recently as well and they've already become the only group besides BTS that I started to actually stan. Stray Kids are amazingly talented. Love everything they're producing. They have a big label but have total control of their own music, which is not too common in kpop industry. They write, arrange, produce their own songs and music. They have such a wide range of genres they experiment with too, it's always a feast for the ears. Love your reaction to stray kids. I am new to your channel. I to love metal, rock, blues music well mostly all but jazz. lol I have been into k-pop for the last 4 years now and let me tell you it is a whole new world of entertainment. Sometimes you can get many genres in one song. The rap is so different than western American rap. Especially from Stray Kids. The leader is the first singer in blue hair his name is Chris (american) or Korean name Bang Chan. He moved to Australia at a very young age and is fluent in English. He has an amazing vocal and very talented in creating music and beats and writing lyrics. He is part of a sub rap unit with Stray Kids called 3Racha the founding members of stray kids and these 3 members writes, composes, arranges and produces 99.9% of Stray Kids music and sometimes the other members also help in the process or write songs. Changbin is the fastest rapper in kpop (green hair and sweater), and Han (white snow hat) are the other 2 rappers and part of 3Racha. Felix the deep voice with angel face was born in Australia and when he moved to Korea at age 17 he only knew the basics of the Korean language. They are the only kpop group where the leader hand picked all the members before they had to be subjected to a reality elimination show from their company JYP Entertainment. There is 8 members. They debut in 2018 with 9 members but lost one to malicious rumors that were later to be proved false but was to late. They have over 100 songs credited to them and all members can rap, dance and amazing vocals. It fact the main rapper Changbin has my favorite vocals of all the members because it is raw and raspy. He could easily sing a rock song or a ballad. The fandom name is Stay (not typo) it is Stray without the R because it is the reason stray kids stay their fandom Stay. They have more control over their music than most k-pop idols or groups. They give their fans more content on a weekly basis and when they release albums we usually get more music videos than the title track we get them for some of the b-sides too and they always do 2 or 3 min movie trailers before an album releases to give us the concept of the album. Their last min album Oddinary has 7 tracks, Maniac being the title track hit #1 on the Billboard charts. They are the most popular of the 4th generation k-pop boy group. Hi John! 👋🏼 Stray Kids is my second favorite, behind BTS; I'm glad that you checked them out!! They're signed with JYP, which is one of the big 3 K-Pop labels in South Korea. **Fun fact; Bang PD used to work for JYP Entertainment before leaving in 2005 to form Big Hit Entertainment. Also, he received his nickname "Hitman Bang" from his time spent at JYP.** Everyone else has already suggested songs for you, but I'm going to dogpile on, and agree with: "Thunderous" "God's Menu" "Venom" ..."MIROH" if you're feeling like some EDM. 🤩 Not surprised that you picked out Felix, that voice is hard to miss. 😆 You also noticed Bang Chan though (the first vocalist, with the blue hair and the crop top, lol), which made me smile, as he's my bias in SKZ; he's also a huge fan of BTS. the stray kids are talented guys, each with their own characteristics but who together manage to harmonize very well, enhancing each other. they self-produce, 3 of them, the rappers, write most of the lyrics and music, another 3 create many of their choreographies, but all always show great skills, even of great dancers. There are so many fantastic songs, immediately I recommend God's Menu and Tanderous, then Easy, Miroh, Charmer, freez, venom ........ they are all so beautiful that I would write entire albums ..... I recommend them to you. ..and, once hooked, you will never let them go !! ... and soon the new Maxident album will be released!

Felix = Deep voice. It’s crazy and every reactor I’ve ever seen hones in on him first. He’s not a big guy, only like 5’7”, so he doesn’t look like he should have such a deep voice.

So theres 8 members, the one with the red hair wt the beginning is Hyunjin, the blonde with the deep voice is Felix, the other one at the start is Bang Chan, the rapper with the green hair is called Changbin hes the fastest rapper in kpop so far. Then the one with the high note in the cafe is Lee know, the one you see right after leading the other two is Seungmin, and after that in the subway you can see Han. The one with pink and blue eye color is I.N.. hope this helps!

Hello John! The dude with the low deep voice is the one and only Felix. There are 8 members in the band. Bang Chan (leader) and Felix are born and raised in Australia, hence the Aussie accents. Felix and Hyunjin (the red hair) are my biases. Highly recommended songs to watch/listen/react to in no particular order: Venom, Circus, Thunderous, God's Menu, Back Door, Charmer, Red Lights, Lonely St. and so many more!!! The two songs that hit me in the feels are Lonely St and Red Lights. BTS is my ultimate artist/band in the world and it was the BTS rabbit hole that led me to discover Stray Kids. Stray Kids actually was formed by JYP Entertainment, one of the largest entertainment companies in South Korea. The fandom is called STAY. Members Bang Chan (leader), Changbin and Han are known as the 3RACHA, the main composers and producers for the group's songs. Much like BTS, Stray Kids are known for their immense talent, stage presence, intense & hard choregraphy, hard work, passion, live performances, lyrics that people could relate/connect with, and love for their fandom. I am a 49 years old proud ARMY and STAY! Stray Kids recently performed 4 or 5 songs live at the KCON here in Los Angeles.

If I could suggest any songs by Skz it would have to be The tortoise and the hare and Side effects. TTH is my #1 song by Skz. Gods Menu is one of the most popular I would say. Hellavator is their Pre debut song and it’s how I found them in 2017.
