Today, I’m going to share a quick tip for making molds. You don’t need complicated equipment; with just a few simple steps, you can easily complete the task! Ready to get started? Let’s begin!
The metal materials we’ll be using this time are: 925 silver sheet (0.4mm thick) and silver wire (0.7mm thick).
Stamping tools: balsa wood (3mm thick), suede, leather mallet, flat hammer.
Other tools: saw frame, 2/0 saw blades, #00 coarse file, 400-grit sponge sandpaper, drill bits.
Soldering tools: flux, solder (high, medium, low temperature), pointed tweezers, pickle solution.
Surface treatment: potassium sulfide, metal wax.
