I saw Petra in France in a big auditorium, but there wasn't even 100 people there. The show was wonderful, and at the end, they treated up like royalty. I came with my 6 kids, and one of the guitarist gave my son a pick when he found out that he played guitar. It's a nite I'll never forget, because the show was a masterpiece, it was a shame that so few people came, but Petra sang as if there was a crowd of 10,000 or more, and I drove 600 kms there and back in thick icy fog !

It's a shame songs like this aren't being played on mainstream radio. This song itself is light years more powerful then anything that Beyonce,Kate Perry and their ilk produces and plus it has a very powerful message of love that comes from the one source of love and that's God. A song like this needs to be heard because of all of the hate going on in the world now.

This was our wedding song 17 yrs. ago...even tho I found out that he has been having a 5 yr, affair , on my birthday this yr...I AM a STRONG woman WITH GOD this too shall pass. Thank you, and God bless you for serving our country! I also applaud your choice of listening to Petra, as opposed to some hateful death metal, which I'm sure some soldiers chose. An older friend of mine also served in those wars during that same time, while I was still in youth group. In addition to Petra, he also was listening to "Hell Is For Wimps" by the Newsboys! Upon hearing about them, I had to check them out, and have also remained a Newsboys fan ever since!

Ok, I have to say something here. I was raised Catholic and I used to have very strong beliefs, but a sea of tragedy over a certain period in my life made me question my faith and it is an issue that remains unresolved to this day. I have become more spiritual than religious, but I still hold strong to some of my beliefs and this group has been one of the reasons. My message to you all is respect one another's faith.
