I do love the Ghost costumes. The Era III ghoul outfits are so good and for some reason them all wearing spats just cracks me up. Head to toe black, but gotta have those classy white spats XD

I like that you pointed out the cardinal, at the end of each tour the current Papa is abducted from the stage and killed off to make way for the new papa. The cardinal was a Easter egg and a clue to the next character to replace papa 3 which was Cardinal Copia, then for this last album Cardinal Copia became Papa 4 who is about to be killed off very soon here for Papa 5 at the end of their European tour. Ghost also has a series of episodes on KZbin that I highly recommend cuz it tells you the whole story from the beginning. All for entertainment. It’s so much more then music and adds another layer I just don’t get with other bands. Tobias is s genius!

Great video. This track slams. Tobias said he wanted to have a track that would be a perfect opener for a big arena or stadium, and he wrote Square Hammer. Tobias said none of the band members of the band are satanic, but does say the band have Satanic/evil songs. It's part of their image - like the spooky horror films this video are based on.

Hell Yeah! This is the 2nd Ghost song I ever heard, the 1st being Rats. Heard them back-to-back and have been hooked ever since! Also, you mentioned the outfits. This song is from the 3rd album, and the image changes every album. The first three albums are Papa Emeritus I to III, the 4th is Cardinal Copia, who becomes Papa Emeritus IV for the current alnum. If you dive into the band's lore, there is also Papa Nihil who is supposed to be the father of them all, and is responsible for Ghost's EP Seven Inches of Satanic Panic, which is definitely 60's inspired.

Very theatrical! I'm not a big Ghost fan even if you can't not hear them living in Sweden. They do have their own sound that you recognize. I kinda liked "He is" by Ghost, it feels really different. Check it out. Thank you for a great reaction!

Tobias's look changes every album and so do the Ghouls. I didn't like the newest version of the Ghouls at first, but the look grew on me. I'd still prefer to buy one of the Silver masks mind you...
