KEXP, in my opinion, is the best music promotion channel at the moment. They deserve great recognition, especially since it is a local radio station and not a specially established project. The true value of musicians is revealed in playing live, and KEXP's production is at the highest level and allows you to see the best of them at their strongest. In this way, the channel has become a mine of great music with a global reach. The list of artists I met thanks to KEXP is long, and many of them I stayed with for longer. Thee Oh Sees (the wonderful 'Sticky Hulks'), All Them Witches, Jungle (I highly recommend the 2021 show, it's an absolute top if someone doesn't have an aversion to funk and dance music), Amyl And The Sniffers, Fontaines D.C., Murlocs... KGLW's five visits to Seattle (Stu himself reportedly contributed to the sound production) are an invaluable addition to the band's discography. The performance after the release of 'Infest The Rats' Nest' has a repertoire selected so as not to overlap with the music videos from the album. Fans got five more brilliantly produced live songs.

I'm a King Gizz fan that happens to listen to Slift as well. I'm glad you are getting fun recommendedations. This is a French band, so this might be another reason why they are hard to understand

Yeah, they are brothers. Drummer is the guitarists childhood friend. They've been playing music together since they were 9 years old.

Been listening to SLIFT a few years, great band. The vocals on this take has a bit too much echo though. They just released a track from their upcoming album, brainmelting stuff!
