Something that doesn't exist in nature and is considered unachievable. They train to perfect every piece of music they make so that they can achieve the unachievable. Oh lol thats actually not Raychell, its Wakana Rei, Stage name LAYER, the character Raychell voices. However based on what i know, LAYER is quite heavily based off Raychell, and unlike some of the other characters their resemblance was not a coincidence. Bandori is a multi media franchise, so while they do have live concerts, there are still both game characters and anime characters as well. Anyways, apologies for this slight info dump :) The glowsticks are the main colours of each character. Violet- Minato Yukina, Voiced by Aiba Aina (Aiai), Vocalist. Red- Imai Lisa, Voice by Nakashima Yuki (Yukki), Bassist. (Formerly voiced and performed by Endou Yurika(Yurishi), who can be seen in videos before the bandori 5th live) Blue/Teal- Hikawa Sayo, Voiced by Kudo Haruka (Kudoharu/KDHR), Guitarist Magenta/Red Purple- Udagawa Ako, Voiced by Sakuragawa Megu (Meguchi), Drummer White- Shirokane Rinko, Voiced by Shizaki Kanon(Nonchan), Keyboardist. (Formerly voiced by Akesaka Satomi(Akeshan), who can be seen in videos before the Bandori 5th live, as well as the 2018 Roselia Fan meeting) However some songs also have a theme colour. Some of the songs follow the in game stories, and is specifically meant for a character. the audience tends to turn their glowstick to the theme colour of the song as well. Examples include: Ringing Bloom, a song that follows a story heavily focused on Rinko, therefore image colour is White. Hidamari Rhodenite/Sunkissed Rhodenite, a song meant for Lisa, there for image colour is Red. Usallly the way to use the glowsticks is to just wave them to the beat of the song Their Lives usually showcases more of the Voice actor's personality. Its more of an activity for your free time, but looking online should bring up BiliBili videos of full lives. Roselia in particular has mc segments, and usually because of the Member's attitudes and contranst between characters, it ends up in cheerful and a silly atmosphere. Sometimes there are also videos uring the Intervals that are hilarious to watch, as it usually involves them having to stay in character, or play some sort of game. Both the Guitar and Bass are from Esp, bandori uses mostly ESP guitars. In Fact you can actually get their guitars for yourself, if im not wrong theyre all made to order. If i remember correctly they usually have like more than 5 guitars on standby Also that chanting of what sound slike "Nalai Nalai" is just the japanese pronounciation of R

It is very common to do "fan chant/shout" in a japanese concert culture. The very basic way to do this is shouting "OY OY OY OY" in 4/4 tempo and raise your hands up, slightly forward, in every OY while paying attention to the music beat, or just simply follow the crowd's chant. This is how the crowd cheers and supporting the band at the concert. Really hope you do some chants in the future reactions. I suggest you listen to l'Antica - Black Reverie. They're technically not band tho, but the music is harder than you imagine 🔥 Cheers 👍

Nah that act is prohibited in most japanese concert. If you do that at bang dream (and other big franchise/bands) live concert, get ready to get your ass slapped by security staff lol. Their rules on live concert is pretty strict, even some concert doesn't allow you to do headbang. Usually you can find that wota stuff at some street idol performance or concert that held on theatre building

Or when you’re chilling at home or at a club or DJ event or karaoke, or some particular idol festivals. I know Kiidani frowns on it at Bandori stuff and some people will kill you for doing it at Love Live, but fuck it, if they’re playing Black Shout at a DV, I’m gonna Tiger that shit, while cycloning UOs. Fuck the Keisatsu. Definitely not at an actual Bandori Live though, UOs at most

Unfortunately, the reason the vocals for the non-lead singers for this particular live was so clear was that it was a studio recording, straight out of the CD. If you do get the chance, go check out other R performances, which fully showcased how talented these singers R (pun intended). Aiai's vocals were live, and so were the instrumentals. However the background vocals were all prerecorded. I'm assuming that's because it would be difficult to play and sing like that at the same time, especially a drummer.

@@vibe2507 Difficult, not impossible. Especially for an experienced vocalist who was center for A-RISE before Roselia was formed. She does sing live, I've even seen performances where she had to adjust her mic position cause, yeah, drums lol, and the difference before and after the adjustment was obvious. In the end however, whether what you hear in a video is the live, ambient capture from the performance or a studio overdub is up to the producer ;)

That Raychell shirt is LIT tho. I'm glad you liked the franchise so far XD As a tip for the Glowstick usage, its easier to just use their color theme. For Roselia, Purple. For Raise A Suilen, Green. During live concerts themselves, there's a call and response segment and some interactive parts where the band themselves asks for the participation of the audience with a certain color sometimes. (From what I have seen before, they usually are given a guide pamphlet for call and response segments during live concerts.) Some people have their color changed from the band color because each member also have color themes. So they are supporting members of the band too with each color.

You mentioned the choreography - Roselia actually comes up with all of their own choreography! Since Bang Dream has three anime seasons, some of the choreography in their lives is copied from the animations in the first couple seasons, but increasingly the animators have been using motion capture of their real live choreo, which I think is a super cool way of acknowledging their talent. Roselia also decides their own setlist order for concerts - usually over yakiniku! They've described in a lot of interviews how they go for yakiniku after rehearsals and then plan while they're eating. (Incidentally, their roles are: guitar picks the menu, vocalist fries the meat, keyboard finds the spicy seasonings, drums sorts out the leftovers, and bass... eats.) It's pretty great that in such a big franchise with a LOT of people working around them and managing their performances, they still give the band members so much leeway in deciding how certain things go, which is usually not at all the case for mixed media projects like Bang Dream.

maybe this is useful info... all the Bang Dream bands are highly produced by a company, they are basically idol bands, all the members are experienced voice actresses and of course everything revolves around the characters from the game, the personas on stage reflect those characters and so on, also maybe their voice acting background is one of the reasons they have such a clear voice when singing. That being said, the game seems to be written with lots of care, the actresses are incredibly talented and the fact they perform live even though many of them came from tv anime voice acting career shows how much dedication everyone put in this project.

3:57 Basic cheering moves/words: "Regular parts": shake your blade a little bit at your shoulder level or where is comfortable for you Hai! (Or when repeat part of the lyrics) movement: keep your blades at your shoulder level or where is comfortable for you -> stretch your hand up and say Hai! Hai! Hai! (Quick in a row) movement: same as Hai but when your hand in the air at 2nd Hai shake a little bit your hand Fuwa! (or any word sounds similar) movement: stretch your hand up and "draw" small circle in the air while saying Fuwa! At slow song have this circling movement: extend your hand horizontally forward and make a circle movement backwards. Not sure if anyone has suggested it yet but theres a Unit in the anime/music series D4DJ that has a metal vibe to it. Their called " Rondo " and consist of a Main Singer, VJ (Visual DJ), DJ and Guitarist. I think if you really enjoy the Roselia and RAS vibes you might like Rondo aswell.

So "R" actually pronounce “La" in Japanese. So the name of this song is actually pronounced "La" hint the "R R R R R R R R" part of the lyrics sound like "La La La La La La La La". Anyways, I do have a suggestion. But I want to see if you can answer this question first before I suggest this song. What does every great metal band has in common?

Isn't it the opposite? ら is kinda pronounced like a mix of ra and la, but is romanized as ra. It depends on accent too.

Pretty sure it’s actually pronounced ‘ra’ (ら, it’s a rolled R though so it sounds a bit like an L to native English speakers) but the English equivalent of it would still be ‘la la la’

Hey cool I asked for this song too Edit: Actually ESP Guitars Japan recreated said guitars. Even though the contest is over you can buy the guitars, they were on sale for a long time since the Collab came out. So far though the only guitars you can buy are from Poppin’Party and Roselia though as mentioned in previous video comments, there’s like those other bands too. But RAS and other bands you can buy straps and picks from. You should totally make a playlist More edit: Yeah idk not just with Roselia, but Japan like a lot of German words I don’t really know why to be honest. Rondo people keep asking for from D4Dj has Sae Otosuka (Guitarist) from Poppin’Party in it but the vibe is like Roselia
