If you're not sure about the lore, Midra is a man who was tortured for many years as a rite of passage to becoming the "Lord of Frenzied Flame". Essentially he'd be the herald of the Frenzied flame, a cosmic entity obsessed with melting all existence into one single mass essentially, pure chaos. He fought and resisted for years, but when the player finds him, he literally rips off his own head and becomes the lord of frenzied flame. I can't think of anything more metal.
