When I lived in Atlanta I had some metal guys barbecue with some dirty south rap guys, and they got along amazing! Thankfully Max is a musician ... Brazilian BBQ is very different from just Chicken and Lemon ... We use Salt Coarse, Black Pepper, Caiena Peppers, Sugarcane Outside the cuts of meats that are very different ... Picanha, Alcatra, Bovine and Swine Rib, Pork Swine, Pancetta Swine, Mixed Sausages ... Max and Iggor need to come back to Brazil ... Great Hugs !!!

Ok, this was not a typical Brazilian BBQ recipe (perhaps that's why it's called "his special Brazilian BBQ recipe"). Yet it shares something that we Brazilian like when cooking : we have an amazing variety of fruits, vegetables and types of meat, yet we tend to be somewhat minimalists when it comes to seasoning our food. I'm stating this here because Europeans and some American people, oh boy, they really go heavy on seasoning - which is also okay with me.
