.."From the heart".. Really ??.I once bought a SNES game from the liver, and it was just some shovelware.I believe in purchasing from the brain,no matter if it´s games or something else. The current Nintendo fever has totally went bananas nowadays.Recently,a former retail rotating "disco ball" lamp (not super big really, and in typical plastic) with a "Mario"/Nintendo theme, was sold on the swedish arm of "Ebay" (""Tradera") for equally 18000:- IN DOLLARS !.THAT is "Shopping from THE ASS" !.

Dude, one thing I really love about your videos, is when you're talking about a game & explaining what it's like, you're careful not to give away large parts of the story. You can tell when Reggie is talking about Sakuna: Of Rice & Ruin at 24:17 , he's careful to not explain what sets the adventure off. As a viewer I appreciate that so much, because a lot of the time reviews tend to give away loads of early story beats when explaining the story. I love how courteous & aware you are of little things like that! Awesome video as always dude! :D

FF Type-0 is awesome. It was my introduction to the franchise and genre, as someone who used to not like JRPGs much. The level grind is made more accessible with the arena, and all the different character and styles of combat change up how you take on missions so much. Can be a little convoluted with so much to manage, but once you get into the flow, it's so fun and rewarding.

I'm one of your biggest Australian fans love all your videos. U put me in a calm relaxing nostalgic mood whenever I watch U. Your life sounds and looks so cool. I only have a PS4 with about 8 games and a super Nintendo mini console. Video games were my escape from a tramatic childhood . I had alcoholic drug addict patents who deserted me as a child so video games( my Sega mega drive) was my escape from the world wish I still had it loved it . It was the only thing my parents gave me before they left me. I grew up in children's refuge til I was 16 then I couldn't stay there cause I was to old so I lived on the streets of Sydney homeless for many years. But I found a way out back to being part of society instead of a ghost no one noticed or cared about. I'm 44 now still alone just me and my dog. But when I watch METAL JESUS I forget all my depression and anxiety I have been digignosed with PTSD but videogames and you as well as Gamechasers and Pixel game squad take me away to a better place were I'm at peace . Thankyou so much Metal Jesus your my favourite of them all even though I'm other side of the world U have reached me in Australia and your my medication now it's like meditation watching yous can't thankyou enough you help me everyday love use so damn much. You really do ROCK Metal Jesus from your biggest fan from the land down under Danny Miller. PS Ive been saving for a Nintendo Switch video games very expensive in Australia cost close between 350 to 400 without any games and the games cost alot especially new ones they charge close and sometimes more then $100 for new games and second hand games range from $20 to $60 per game very expensive but I dream of owning one maybe one day I hope. Anyway love you please don't stop use give me hope and something to look forward to in my life THANKYOU SO SO SO MUCH yous saved me

I love these videos so much I just hope you know that Jason & Reggie. I feel like I'm hanging out with my friends talking about video games. It's awesome you guys have a tight community of friends to play games with. I moved so much over the last few years and into COVID that I don't have many IRL friends to play games with except when my brother comes to visit from a few towns over once in a while. Nintendo Switch has kept my brothers and I connected in Denver, Chicago, and sometimes Orlando. It's one thing we always come back to that helps us stay in touch. I wish we were closer. Anyways I've said it before but these pickups videos are really comforting to me as odd as that sounds to say; I suppose it's just this feeling that I feel as if I know you guys as friends but it's just on the other side of the screen. I'm the youngest of 3 and I'm 33 years old and glad to see how the stigma of gaming being for young people and nerds has totally changed and practically been eviscerated since I was a kid in the 90s. Thanks for all the work you do. PS: I'd love a gaming pickups video of just random odds & ends games that you never talked about in a video or didn't talk much about or just want to talk about again. I'd really love a Metal Jesus Rocks podcast with Reggie where you guys had just a few games and made a sort of backlog bookclub where all the viewers pick a game or a few games and systems (or crossplay) and play it over the course of a month and then have episodes talking about those games and asking for viewer questions. I know Nintendo Life just launched an article series called the Backlog Club that is kind of like that premise but there's no video for it yet. I love any time a group of people come together and re-experience an old game together and make it relevant to the conversation in that community. We don't have to wait for remakes and remasters. The amount of games out in the world is more than I could ever beat or play or imagine to 100% complete in several lifetimes. I'd like to get through a lot of my backlog in 2022 but it keeps growing!
