The light is in simple things...I've been where you are. The world is backwards now, but we are SO much more than just our sorrow. Smile to your sorrow brother. And for starters, be responsible for things you can control. Something as simple as making your bed in the morning and cleaning house makes a HUGE difference..as wierd as it sounds. Try watching Jordan Peterson videos on purpose and motivation. In 2 weeks, you can comment back to me. Sorrow is a part of life. Without it, Joy would be meaningless.

Ohh my Lord this is just brilliant.... Probably the most personal song/album forJames about his personal demons and troubles, Depression, Anxiety, Hopelessness. I know these feelings only too well, I'm welll now. Despite the dark lyrics underneath somehow there is a message of Hope. Chase that Light lean on me..... It's about Hope this song... So lets breath it in!!! We all need Hope... Anybody reading this and are not well, Depressed, Anxious, Alone, remember one thing you are a unique human being and you will get through you know why? Because there's always Hope that's all we have. So to me this song is a classic straight off. This album is. Keep the faith, god bless Metallica....
