The “19 Guitars” is James and Kirk harmonizing. They do that a lot. Always make you think there is 4 guitars but it’s only 2. Plus Cliff takes the main riff and transposed it with distortion to keep the main riff in the background until James takes back over. If you watch Cliff ‘em all you will see him do that quite a bit where he plays the main riffs of songs to punch the main riff out to your ears.

I recently listened to every Slayer record in order and, let me tell you, it's some heavy shit. It crushes. It's brutal. BUT, they're no Metallica. Metallica's songs are compositions. They make Slayer sound like they're mindlessly putting riffs together to make songs. Nothing stayed in my head afterwards. It's like I heard a bunch of random riffs and now, it's over.

Watching this performed LIVE in Moscow in front of 1.6 million insane fans is one of the best LIVE performances you will ever see.. After "Call of Kitulu", you should react to the live in Moscow performance for Creeping Death!!!!!! Then get onto Kill em' All already!!!

@@FinkleisEinhorn52 Agreed. Decided to spin up some DM on my bike ride tonight. Not their strongest material, but it's got some chops. Mastering/mixing/production was sadly bungled.

@@FinkleisEinhorn52 Black was all right, it’s the first album they started their slide down though and nothing after that was worth even buying. Just the way it is, I wish you were right cause I wish I had a few more Metallica albums in my collection but after Black there wasn’t anything even worth buying.
