I think the fact that they're almost 60 helps...because they can just have fun now. They don't need the money or fame. Now is the time they can do it genuinely and would be just doing it for fun. I saw them perform Dirty Window in Hockenheim this year and I gotta agree. There's something about the whole St. Anger album that makes the songs sound so badass when performed live. Maybe it's just because Metallica are a band that thrives from live music, and not their studio stuff. Either way it's a great addition to their live shows this year in my opinion

I haven't watched Metallica shows recently but that was awesome. They've played their music at the top level, no doubt. Also Lars was so fast and his attacks were so strong. They're living legends and I love these guys.

@@vlknlvnt I'm a musician by myself and this isn't really hard to play what he is trying. To me it sounds like there is a person on the drums that didn't slept for 48 hours.
