I almost couldn't differentiate between the track and the playing. Almost perfectly in synch plus the same tone, and turning down the guitar volume lower than the track itself.

Trust me when it comes to anything Black Album related that you can't get this song multi tracked without the guitar and you would be amazed how well a terrible guitar tone can be concealed when the original is playing with it, even at low volume. lol

In my opinion you've nailed the levels, a musical ear can easily distinguish your playing from the song, it's not too loud and overpowering. People just don't understand good dynamics I think. Great work, love this song, especially that last riff, so much fun to play. Good old metallica!

I'll admit it. Saw the thumbnail, the upright posture, the happy folk singer look and I thought, "oh, this is gonna be a train wreck".. Reason I say that is I get an angry, caveman type look and feel when I play stuff like this (like James used to kinda)... Glad I watched the video.. you kicked all kinds of ass.. total respect.
