Yesss once I switched to my peel off base coat I noticed a majorrr difference in the health of my nails! They’re not as healthy as they could be but they’re definitely better than what they were😭

I've noticed some fine rings of fire on your nails ...you actually want to use a higher speed for cuticle bits (10k/15k rpm), they aren't really meant to touch the nail bed almost at all, just in those spots with stuck on cuticle. But for the most part you're only supposed to float the bit between the nail bed and the cuticle, cleaning the cuticle from beneath, without laying the bit on the actual nails (and at a 45 degree angle, not all the way parallel to the nails) nice design tho 🤗👍🏻

i love the vibes of the video! very relaxing as well. i also wanted to give some knowledge about the heat spikes. the gel polymerization is a exothermic reaction, which means it releases heat. so, the more amount you apply, the more heat it releases. but, on the other hand you need that amount to fill the space between the tip and your nail, so my only advice is to be patient and to remove your nail if it burns, as it may actually burn your nail. hope it helps!

Another thing i find is distance from the light itself! Especially when flash curing, if I hold my finger closer to the light it burns, but a bit further its not as bad!

Ooohhh is that peel off stuff for when you take ur nails off it won’t be all soft and flimsy? Bc I have a bad problem with my nails getting all weak and flimsy when I wear fake nails 💔 and it happens for weeks too
