1. Buroq
Buroq is a creature created by Allah SWT from light. This is not explained in detail in the Al-Qur'an, however, this buroq is explained in the hadith narrated by Bukhari and Muslim, meaning:
"From Anas bin Malik, the Messenger of Allah said: A Buraq was brought to me, a white horse, higher than a donkey and lower than a baghal. He tried to put the soles of his feet at the end of his line of sight. After riding him, the Buraq walked and carried me until he reached Baitul Maqdis. I tied (tethered) the mount in the place where the Prophets usually tethered their mounts (Buraq)."
It is said that when this incident occurred, the Prophet Muhammad SAW wore a Buraq during his journey from the Grand Mosque, Makkah to the Aqsa Mosque, Palestine, and when he climbed to Sidratul Muntaha. pass through the seven layers of heaven. The events of Isra are explained in QS al-Isra verse 1, and Miraj in QS al-Najm verses 13-18.
It should be noted that the Prophet Muhammad SAW experienced the Isra event not alone, but riding the "buraq" vehicle and accompanied by the angel Jibril as. Imam Nawawi said:
"Buraq is the name of an animal that the Messenger of Allah once rode on the night of Isra`" (Syrah Sahih Muslim, Juz 2, p. 210).
In general usage, "buraq" means bird of paradise, which the dictionary defines as a bird of paradise. In fact, "buraq" is a term used in the Qur'an with the meaning of "lightning" contained in the Al Baqarah verses 19-20 and the Ar Ra'd verse 2 with the original term "Barqu".
The buraq is visualized as a riding animal in the form of a four-legged animal that has high speed, so fast that the buroq's travel speed is likened to the speed of light, 300,000 kilometers per second.
In fact, according to physicists, Buraq is described as white light which has very high speed. This is as explained in the hadith narrated by Bukhari and Muslim, meaning:
"From Anas bin Malik, the Messenger of Allah said: A Buraq was brought to me, a white horse, higher than a donkey and lower than a baghal. He tried to put the soles of his feet at the end of his line of sight. After riding him, the Buraq walked and carried me until he reached Baitul Maqdis. I tied (tethered) the mount in the place where the Prophets usually tethered their mounts (Buraq)."
This hadith is confirmed by authentic hadiths and the confirmation of the ulama, that the buroq ridden by the Prophet Muhammad during Isra was really an animal (hakiki), not just a figure (majazi) as some people think. As explained in the Sahih al-Bukhari book, it is stated:
"From Anas bin Malik, from Malik bin Shashaah, that the Prophet SAW had told his companions about the night when he was impaled... Then there came to me an animal whose body was smaller than the bighal and larger than the himar (donkey), white in appearance. Then Jarud asked Anas, “what is a buraq, O Abu Hamzah? Anas answered, yes, the animal takes one step, as far as the eye can see." Then I (the Prophet) was mounted on it..." (Nihistory of al-Bukhari, Sahih al-Bukhari, Juz 2,
2. Dabbat al-Ard
wild animals or what could be called monsters that emerge from the bowels of the earth. This animal will come out of the city of Mecca, precisely near Mount Shafa.
Dabbatul Ardh appeared after the death of the Gog and Magog due to the virus sent down by Allah SWT. This creature came out when the earth had recovered from the disaster caused by Gog and Magog.
It is also recorded in the hadith that this creature will hit all humans with its stick. If the stick is struck on a believer, then on his forehead it will be written "this is a believer".
On the other hand, if he strikes a stick at an unbeliever, then on his forehead it will be written "this is an unbeliever." This animal is also known as a messenger of faith.
Dabbatul Ardh will also scream in the area of Maqam Ibrahim and Hajar Aswad, as well as scattering soil over his head. His screams will be heard in all directions and make the disbelievers run away in fear.
This beast will carry the staff of Prophet Moses in his left hand and carry the ring of Prophet Sulaiman in his right hand.
3. Azazil
Azazil in Islam is known as the leader of the jinn. He was the devil who tempted Adam and Eve to eat the khuldi fruit until they were finally expelled from heaven and sent down to earth.
Azazil is actually a noble name which means a strong creature of Allah or an honorable creature of Allah.
The devil was given the title Azazil as a symbol of his superiority so he was appointed as the leader of the angels.
That's because in the past the devil was famous for his wisdom and obedience to Allah SWT before being condemned for disobedience. To find out more about who Azazil is in Islam, see the full review below.
