Use a hardware wallet. Nothing thats internet connected (from exchanges to wallets like metamask etc) is safe. Trezor is my choice, other cheaper options also available. Its worth it. Dont wait to protect your funds which is the most fundamental step

Don't forget that the seed phrase is stored on your browser and it could be recovered if you forgot either the password or the seedphrase.. Vault extraction and decryption...

@@navushtanov True, that's why it's recommended to use a different browser, which is exclusive only for your wallets and trading accounts. Don't use the same browser for daily browsing and wallets use. Also, better to have a second laptop for software wallets only (like Metamask, trust wallet, Binance wallet).. The bigger the funds the more cautions you have to take imo

which is why to never reveal it to others. use 1 specific browser only for dealing with crypto only. or an entirety separate device.but at the same me of the day making use true cold storage solutions are a must because the internet is inherently insecure.

Did you use an email address in the first place? Answer is NO you did not use an email address, so if EVER you receive an email from Metamask, it is fake and NEVER reply. (That was also one of the tips in this very video!!!!) So going back to your question ask, Do I need to give you the answer. Also why did you lose your seed phrase? Again another tip in this video.
