The Difference Between US Version and Japanese Version:
1, The US version of Metamorphic Force uses a numeric lifepoint counter that doubles as the timer, going down by one lifepoint each tick, while the Japanese version uses a traditional health bar;
2, The Fifth Stage in the US version consists of a boss rush where the player fights the previous bosses in pairs before facing the level's own boss, while in the Japanese version the player fights that level boss only.
In addition, some sprites have been completely altered, such as the stained glass artwork seen during the elevator scene in the Final Stage.
The Player informed me: He had to switch the energy level from system's auto set 100 to 400, otherwise, it's impossible to make it no death under the Hardest Difficulty in US Version.

I'm tired of Argue with someone, let me be clear one more time: It is IMPOSSIBLE to make it no death if your Player's Energy Level sets only 100 in US Version's Hardest Difficulty! Yes I am saying that! There's no any other way to make it No Death unless set the Player's Energy Level to 400. If anyone still trying to argue with me, please upload a video showing under the hardest's difficulty you set 100 without dying. If you can pass the stage 2 without losing a life, I admit that I was unclear about this game.

You're absolutely right, because your health drains continuously in this game, if you only had 100 health you would die at least once in level 2 even with collecting all possible health power ups. Those people claiming this to be "cheating" probably haven't even played the game.

@@jeremysmith3358 You are so right my friend, US version's hardest difficulty is not joke, every 2 seconds will lost 1 health. if someone set 100 can make it no death, unless he's cheating, otherwise, no way, there's a dude stated that he can do it, I told him to upload a playthrough, and he never did and just continue argue with me....
