I have always loved philosophy since I was quite young. Your wealth of knowledge, especially one being so young truly amazes me. Thank you so much for putting this video together and recommendation to the free resources available. As your previous viewer stated, you truly are the best young philosopher on KZbin. New subscriber to your channel! 🌼

Do you have a video dedicated to the Christian trinity? I find it to be implausible and it's the biggest barrier to me adopting Christianity.

Have you read Steve Best's Total Liberation Revolution for the 21st century? I see it as continuing the lineage from Singer, Regan and Francione while tapping into anarchist politics and revolutionary praxis. Very interesting read.

1. What is is: Existence exists. 2. What is is what it is, and is not what it is not: A is A, A is not non-A. The law of identity. 3. What something is, it's identity, determines how it acts. Interaction is determined by the identities of all the existents that are interacting with eachother. The law of causality. These three are the actual and proper axioms of philosophy. This is essentially all that a rational, realist and this-worldy metaphysics is. But philosophy has, much like religion, bastardized it. Talk of God(s), a collective mind, non-spatial dimensions like the world of forms or the noumena, Nothingness, souls, spirits, star signs and much much more - all of this has dragged human reason down for millenia, and continiues to do so. One would think philosophy, more specifically academic philosophy, to be the cure for such philosophical and psychological ailments as aforementioned mysticisms - but no. Instead philosophy has indulged all of this, and much more crap, to the point and extent that it's now a mayor progenitor of mysticism. These ideas are a sheer and utter folly, doing damage to the minds of those whom accept them, and through real-world application they also do damage to our bodies - unless hindered by reason their result is death.

"Reality as it is rather than as we percieve it" - Two minutes in and the door to mysticism, non-sensical speculation and outright claims of Gods and other forms of magic has already been kicked in.

Philosophy has moved on since Aristotle. Perhaps you should do the same? A=A type of thinking is not as rigidly axiomatic as you would think. It presupposes an entire system of relations and cognitive mechanisms which are simply not justified. The notion A=A holds that thought, at bottom, is a kind of instrument, empty of any innate content, except the intuition of congruence of ontological objects. This mechanism sits external to any of the determinations it makes, as well as of the data that gets put into it. Then, in some way, it is able to grasp the essences of objects, concepts, etc., have an immediate relation with them - despite the fact that the system presupposes their clear distinction - and then, by using this innate ontological A=A intuition, it computes any given set of data to produce a determination of True/False. All of this is presumed by your model. And, as you can see, there are problems with it.

your definition of causation presupposes that there is never a failure of mereological supervenience, which certainly can't be accepted without argument; not much of an axiom if it's already knee deep in shaky assumptions

@@DinkSmalwood bit of a troll comment obviously, but merely making the statement that we can be mistaken about some matter of fact is not actually crazy lol, we do it daily. You don't have to be a mystic or magician to know this

Your principles will lead to idealism, and the best idealism is arguably Hegel‘s. Hegel argued for God. In another way, your principles deny the role that the non-identical plays in truth and the understanding of humanity and the world. In another Hegelian response, your principles are empty. What is identity? Identity is empty, it‘s the A = A, it‘s an empty notion that tells us nothing. Identity needs negation to have a determinate character, otherwise it will collaps.
