we just got a simple permit for the unit through out local town ... it depends on the zoning in your area

This is just the second or third comment I've seen on this video and you've got me scratching my head. Dunno! I guess things accumulate over time or something like that. Ya know how it is: you learn one thing, then another, then end up wherever you end up ;)

So we accept the challenge and research how it's done, jump in, make a few mistakes but in the end the job gets done and we learned the skills to do it better the next time
