I am not a doctor, but I know that most doctors in the US will day that metastatic breast cancer is not curable but it is treatable. Some women live for years with metastatic breast cancer.

My mother had breast cancer. It was reduced with chemo and surgery was done now again it has spread to liver what can be done sir please tell me. Can it be completely cured?

No. Not cured. But possibly treated for years. I am so sorry.
