Thank you. I have been having trouble reconciling pure awareness and the mind. Deep Unworthiness has been the theme coming up for me. I believe it is at the core of my painful existential confusion and indecision. I have never done a channeled meditation/activation in this way, but felt strangely guided to this one. I researched Metatron and found the description "Metatron is believed to be a bridge between the divine realm and the material world, serving as a mediator or intermediary between God and humanity". Metatron also being described as ""Angel of the Presence." I took these as powerful synchronicities I should follow this meditation. Thanks again 🙏
