Only in Brazil where there is no electronic limiter and higher ethanol ratio (e 25+) instead of E20 and E15 in India. Hence why it went 145 in Brazil but never crosses 120 in India unless specially modified with sprocket change (larger front sprocket and teeth will increase top speed at cost of acceleration ) or an ECU computer retuning and remapping stage 2 etc,
