This was a survival movie not a disaster movie, big difference. It’s been 10 yrs since the meteor struck. If people survived the flood wouldn’t some of the animals? Or did they eat them all? Another point, In this situation you would never let anyone you don’t know get within arms distance! Especially since they already knew the guy’s objective!!! That all being said, I did enjoy most of the movie.

Not a film critic, but I did enjoy most of it. Two things not so much. The wanna-be "Negan" bad guy and why didn't the doctor looks at her wound? Blood all over the bathroom sink and a 12" wound on her side is not concerning? Still worth a like in my eyes.

I'll then watch the movie in total comfort on my fave chair chair, feet up. Outside is sunny, but cold and windy. I'm 72. What's not to like about watching a movie at home?

Probably why people say it is bad or compare it to other movies. It hits home, makes one think. Apophis is a real threat and passes near earth either 2025 or 2069. The story of two incredibly stupid people trying to survive the apocalypse. I find it hard to believe these two lasted ten years after the meteor when they both seem to have the survival instincts of a toddler. It had a few good moments, but overall, it was more annoying than enjoyable.
